Michurin Y. Civil contract as one of right realization methods on habitation

Dissertation is devoted to research of actual questions of theoretical and practical nature connected with right regulation of housing relations in aspect by realization of contracts wish habitation. Peculiarities of civil contract as one of right realization funds on habitation explore in general realization context of housing right relations on following contractual forms: sale, exchange, lifelong maintenance, rent, making a present, hire. The indicated contracts are explored on constituents as transactions and as bonds. Author realized complex research of institution contracts with habitation on foundation of historic experience, civil right of foreign countries and home civil right. Analysis of acting Ukrainian legislation, practice of his application, legislation of other countries and also scientific common right and special literature was allowed by researcher to formulate the theoretical inferences and concrete suggestions in relation to application and perfection of legal norms, which regulate the realization of civil contracts with habitation. The determination of awakening "to habitation" is opened in that number and also the necessity of establishment of special legal habitation regime, which must use only far habitation. 0It is necessary to offer the systems of object habitation registration in Ukraine with appropriation of individual numbers to each object of housing fund in accordance with landed cadastre.
