Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities of state of immune and hemostasis systems, as well as to development of the treatment method for patients with chronic lupus erythematosus (CLE). 73,9 % of patients showed weakness of non-specific resistance, and 89,9 % of patients displayed depression of cell and increase of humoral immune elements. Basing upon study of the level of antibodies to cardiolipin (aCL) and clinical manifestations of diseases the antiphospholipid syndrome was found in 15 % of patients. The dissertation displays pathological changes of the hemostasis system like the chronic intra-vessel coagulation syndrome of 1st stage with predominant activation of platelet element in case of the CLE. The aCL-positive patients showed considerable increase of disturbance of vascular platelet hemostasis in comparison with the readings of the aCL-negative patients. The misbalance of prostacyclin-thromboxane system with predominant synthesis of A2 thromboxane displayed increase of funct ional activity of thrombocytes in patients with the CLE. The method of treatment of patients using antiagregants (aspirin, tiklid) were developed and implemented. Prescription of antiagregants in the course of complex treatment of the patients enabled to extend the duration of remission by 2,3-3,4 times and to reduce the amount of recurrences by 3,2-4,8 times comparing with traditional treatment.
