The thesis contains the results on investigation of appropriates of bacterial destruction of anionic surfactants and genetic control of anionic surfactant biodegradation and investigation of methods for selection of bacteria-degraders of alkylnaphtalenesulfonate (ANS)-persistent anionic surfactant. The plasmids control of anionic surfactants biodegradation and detection of expression of desulfonation enzyme gene was investigated by method of selective press in condition of flow cultivation the strains of bacteria destructors of ANS was selected. By method of molecular breeding on the bases of plasmid bearing microorganisms-destructors in conditions of flow cultivation under selective press of ANS the highly active strains of bacteria-destructors P.alcaligenes TR (NPL-41, pABS) was selected. The possibility of using the method of polimerase chain reaction (PCR) with nonspecific primer for identification of bacteria in bioreactors was shown. The technological scheme for waste water purification from anio nic surfactants, which consist the stage of monitoring of bacteria by PCR with nonspecific primer was created.
