The tesises deals with developments of the new electrically controlled microwave selective devices based on the composite structures with E- type dielectric resonance. Designed and explored designs of E- type structures , capable to reform in the broad range of frequencies at the conservation high quality factor, and devices on their base. Explored semiconductor structures of such type for the reason integrations of active and passive components.
