3. Object of research - expediency and opportunity of reforming of the enterprises of sheep breeding industry and woolen industry. The profound research is carried out under the documents of agrarian firm "Аskaniya-Nova" also joint-stock company "Chernigivvovna". The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodical bases of organization of primary processing of a wool in places of raw base and estimation of activity of the enterprises. Methods are monographic, statistical, analytical, modeling, analogues. The scientific novelty - is proved expediency of creation, and the mechanism of introduction of manufacture of primary processing of wool is developed on the basis of new technologies in places of raw base; the priority directions and conditions of drawing of the investments in sheep breeding industry are determined; the definition of a generalizing parameter of an economic efficiency of manufacture is developed and is proved and on its basis the algorithm of management of effici ency is advanced. The results of research are introduced in agrarian firm "Аskaniya-Nova". Branch of application - woolen and sheep breeding industry.
