Essay

Ethiology of bacterial diseases of pear and apple, ecology of their infectious agents. To detect bacterial ethiol-ogy of pear and apple diseases in Ukraine, to identify phytopathogenic bacteria. Microbiological, phytopatho-genic, biochemical, hemotaxonomical. Equipment: microscope (light, electronic), centrifuge, gasliquid chro-matography. Hemotaxonomic and other methods of detection of bacteria were evaluted. The quarantin disease was shown, the ecological niches (weeds) were found. Methodical rules for diagnosis of fire blight and bark necrosis of pome fruits are printed and introduced into the agroindustrial complex system.
