Thesis is denote facility development for designing the social intellectually interfaces, in particular software development for educating work on the personal computer Blind-users, designing the playing scenarios for blinds, parameter study of interface's facilities for the named category of users, different shaping systems and granting the helps and reference information. Separate attention is specific question of building the savvy agents in the program interface for the reason granting an anticipatory help an user, personalization of interface by the way of automatic parameters adjusting under need of user. Described instrument, on the base which are build savvy agents - Space Distributed Memory (SDM). Bring algorithms of speed conversion training SDM and corresponding evaluations of their efficiency, modification SDM, which allow to raise savvy of user's interfaces. In particular modification for granting an anticipatory help Blind-user, and modification for automations of process of getting the r esults of numeric forecasting from accounts of resemblance of samples on different sessions of forecasting.
