The clinico-endoscopic of feature of and specified some mechanisms of /// is studied by the findings of management of the 140 patients with ulcerous hemorrhages and the 1971 cases of history of the patients with acute gasrto- intestinal bleedings were analyzed too. The object of research was develop the program of forecasting of the early relapse of a bleeding to determin of a degree of its risk; to evaluate character immunological of changes, state local hemostasis, and degree of dissemination Helicobacter pylori in pathogenesis recurrence of haemorrhages; and on this basis to improve the individual program of preventive maintenance early рецидивных of bleedings and to improve results of treatment of the patients with acute gasrto- intestinal bleedings of ulcerous etiology. The clinical, immunological, cytological, mathematical methods, urease test, state of local hemostasis of a mucous shell of a stomach and is investigated too /// are used to achive the object of research. Apparatus: esophagofabroga stroduodenoscop-///, microscope-///. Significance for the theory and practice: the existing data about pathogenesis of early рецидивных of bleedings ulcerous etiology, including about a degree immunological of violations, intensity dissemination of Helicobacter pylori, the state of hemocoagulative and fibrinolytic properties of a mucous shell from a zone of gastrointestinal ulcers are extended. Computer program was worked out on the basis on "neuron networks", this program with its reliability in 91±2,5% allows to predict the early recurrence of haemorrhages. The use of the obtained data gave the possibility to, to improve the results of treatment of the patients with acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage of ulcerous aetiology, according to methods of prophylaxis of the early recurrence of haemorrhages the rate of its recurrence decreased considerably. Results of a researches introduced into practical activity urgent of surgical clinics, centre of treatment of acute gasrto-intestinal bleedings. Field of applicat ion - surgery.
