Essay

Subject: formation and development of preschool founding for the children with psychophysical breaking in the special formation system. Purpose: realize a holistic analysis of development of preschool founding for the children with psychophysical breaking in the special formation system at a certain period, reveal and analysis regularities, particularities and main trends of this process and define perspective possibility of using a history experience in modern conditions. Results and novelty: is for the first time display holistic picture of development of preschool founding for all categories anomalous children; reveal track record of their development on different stages public life and correspondence to network to need a society; analysis guidelines and contents of pedagogical work with preschool children, their correspondence to problems an correction and compensations of defects of development a children, that has perspective directivity and can become a source in the development of new direction s of studies; designed author's periods process of development of special preschool institutions; reveal; open main trends, regularities and particularities of their operation at each period. Degree and efficiency of introduction: results, findings and generalizing in greater depth reveal a history domestic defectology enrich its new given on the contents and specifics of preschool education as a history phenomenon; promote a renovation contents of institute courses on histories correction pedagogy, in particular preschool correction pedagogy, as well as are to be used for reading the lectures in after-diploma pedagogical formation system.
