Essay

The dissertation contains a theoretical and experimental study of a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the successful formation of the readiness of a future specialist of special education (speech therapists) for team work in an inclusive environment. It has been proved that the organization of inclusive education needs a solution of high-quality training of academic and teaching staff in HEIs, taking into account modern requirements for the training of specialists in the field of special education, including speech therapists. Taking into account scientific analysis, the basic concepts are defined, among which are: the readiness of future speech therapists to work in conditions of inclusion – a complex dynamic system that provides internal and behavioral conditions for the successful performance of professional duties in conditions of inclusion; formation of the readiness of the future speech therapist teacher to work in conditions of inclusion is a complex integrative pedagogical process, which is based on the methodology for the formation of professional competencies and personal characteristics of the future speech therapist teacher, which are formed taking into account the specifics of the implementation of pedagogical activities in an inclusive educational environment.
