This dissertation is devoted to study of the upper respiratory tract microbiocenosis and it's changes in preschool children living in the areas near the chemical plants. Decrease in resistance of the normal microflora of the upper respiratory tract has been registered simultaneously with increased contamination of nasofarynx by opportunistic condition pathogenic microorganisms in children living in the regions of chemical industry (sulphur production).
