Essay

The work deals with the problems of premature rupture of fetal membranes. The investigations revealed inopportune outflow of amniotic fluid to result from decreasing fetal membranes strength and their optical density, molecular changes, group contacts quality impairments, from inhibited formation of initial, intermediate and terminal compounds of lipids peroxide oxidation and from reducing the activity of the three levels of the endogenous bioantioxidated system as well. The developed pathogenetically substantiated preventive therapy of fetal membranes premature rupture fairly promoted essential lowering premature outflow rate of amniotic fluid and some biochemical indices correction in the abovesaid pathology women with high and moderate degrees of risk.
