Essay

The distinctive features and the terms of the development of obstetric and perinatal pathology in primiparas under 18 were studied on the basis of clinicolaboratory and functional methods of examinations. The development of main gestational complications is of staged character-first anemia of pregnancy, then late gestoses and fetoplacental insufficiency. The practical recommendations aimed at the decrease of the frequency and the expression degree of anemia and late gestoses in young primiparas on the basis of using hyperbaric oxygenation and complex biological preparation "Mineravit" were scientifically substantiated, worked out and introduced. It permitted to study the immediate results of delivery in primiparas under 18.
