Volkov V. Prophylactic measures of the early postoperative purulent septic complications in the acute form of ulcerative colitis and colon Crohn's disease

Observed 144 patients with acute form of ulcerative colitis and colon Crohn's disease. Is established, that the main reason of unsatisfactory results of surgical treatment of this category of the patients is the plenty early postoperative of complications. Are offered, and are introduced into practice of public health services of a measure on preventive maintenance and treatment early purulent septic of complications at stages before operative of preparation. Use of the developed methods of surgical treatment has allowed to improve direct results, which were expressed in reduction of quantity postoperative purulent septic of complications on 11,5 % and decrease postoperative mortality decreased at 25,1 %
