Essay

Dissertation studies impact of the kidney peptide complex on the secretion and reabsorption processes in kidney tubular to open basis of local peptide regulation of kidney functions. In the physiological condition and when secretion and reabsorption processes are modulated by phy-siologically active substances kidney peptide complex is able to regulate the basic kidney function. Natural kidney peptide complex displays regulatory properties, namely: increases glomerate filtration displays sodium uratic effect defined by the decrease of sodium ion reabsorption on the level of proximal and distal tubule, depresses reab-sorption of phosphorus and calcium ions in the nephronus proximal section, and intensifies their excretion, raises excretion of final metabolic product from the blood (urea createninus) and the excretion with an urine, effects tubular secretion on the level of distal convolutionary tubule.
