In the thesis are considered sanity, unsanity and such kinds of sanity as limited and aged, and problems so-called special sanity. The doctrine of sanity-unsanity is analysed in its historical development. The basic attention is paid to the concept of limited sanity: to definition, nature, attributes, correlation with other criminal definitions and institutes, legal consequences of a recognition of the person as limited sanity.
