Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of structures of crimes concealment of bankruptcy and fictitious bankruptcy. The direct object of these crimes is defined in it. The concept of a steady financial inconsistency of the subject of enterprise activity is given for the first time, the term concealment and concept of the obviously untruthful application is determined, the circle of the special subjects stipulated in dispositions of articles is analyzed. The offer on improvement of clauses 156? and 156? of the criminal Code of Ukraine is made.
