The psychologico-pedagogical structure of future officers' professional readiness and specification of pedagogical activity at a higher military educational establishment are investigated. The analysis of evaluating future officers' professional redness is done as well. The technology of evaluating the work of the higher military educational establishment and professional readiness of its graduates is developed. The model of evaluating the level of future officers' readiness and economical exponents of quality of graduates' readiness and methodology of its evaluation are proposed here.
