We have studies the etiological factors, pathological mechanisms, clinical peculiarities of the course of pregnancy and labor under the threat of pregnancy interruption and their insufficiency. The peculiarities of placental pathogenesis in case of spontaneous abortions under conditions of treating the threat pregnancy interruption have been detected. The orientation and intensity of morphofunctional compensatory processes in the placenta at different terms of pregnancy in the treatment of incomplete by assessing the quantitative dynamics of its structures and hormonal function. A pathogenically substantiated complex of remedial measures by dufaston and reopoliglucinfor correction of placental disorder has been proposed.
