Tbilyeli S. Litonit in complex treatment of the patients with a purulent infection of soft tissues pathogenetic substantiation and outcomes).

The dissertation devoted to a solution of the raise of effectiveness of treatment of a purulent infection by development of a complex mode of basis therapy with application new pharmacological tools - litonit. Is established the wound-treating directedness of an operation of a drug litonit, exhibited in a raise of activity of a vasifaction of an angenesis, normalization of a redox-state and acid-alkaline homeostasis, activization of mechanisms of an immune guard, that allows to recommend this drug for basis therapy of the surgical patients with a purulent infection of soft tissues. The new method - laser correlation spectroscopy - for integrated screen assessment of gravity of purulent - inflammatory process and effectiveness of used therapy is offered.
