More frequently fetoplacental complex (FPC) pathology with cardiotocographic index changes was revealed on the basis of carried out retrospective cardiotocogram's analysis. They were: umbilical cord pathology, pathology of hydramnion and placenta including fetoplacental insufficiency with fetal hypotrophy developing. The changes of the computer analysis indexes and types of the cardiotocogram's curves were revealed at passing prospective analysis that have been typical for separate pathologic condition of FPC. The diagnostic value of the variable rhythm indexes, acceleration, deceleration in the antenatal period was determined. It was worked out and carried the degree estimation with using scale for determine cardiotocogram's index CTG datas were compared with fetal estimation by Apgar scale, newborn's condition in the adaptation period, datas of placental morphologic investigation.
