Chugunykov I. The legal relationships and the forms of their realisation in Ukrainian criminal law

The dissertation contains a complex of theoretical and practical problems, dedicated to the legal relationships' matters. The author both defines a notion of the negative and positive criminal liability as forms of the protective and incentive criminal relationships. In this work is specified the idea of the subject of criminal regulation and substantiated a necessity in analysing the forms of the realisation of the criminal relationships of the new system level, which allows the author to introduce a number of motions, directed to the improvement of the criminal legislation and the administrative activity.
