The thesis is devoted to finding of the further way of improving of results of organ - saving operations by perforation pyloric and duodenal ulcers which were based on follow - up results of differend kind of operative intervetions.The priority of wide using of organ - saving operations by perforation pyloric and duodenal ulcers decreasing of percent of reccurrent ulcer to 7,6 % in comparion with simple closure perforation to 53,3 %.
