Object of research - the perception of music by youth. The purpose of research is to find out and experimentally test psychological mechanism of formation the motivation perception of aesthetic culture by youth. Methods of the research are theoretical, empirical, statistical. Theoretical results and newness: for the first time a revealed and justified psychological factors which are confirmed determine of the form aesthetic consciousness at youth and are influenced to the on motivation perception of aesthetic culture, is determined and grounded psychological mechanism of motivation perception of aesthetic culture by youth (on music example), is elaborated cluster system of factors, which compose this mechanism and determine the algorithm of this action. Practical results: elaborated the program of forming motivation perception aesthetic culture by youth and determinate the ways of its realization. The subject and degree of introduction - is introdu ced the program "Join to the amazing World", by formation motivation perception of music and aesthetic culture in whole.
