Object of research: the relation in sphere of monetary settlements, which realizes by the subjects of international trade activities. The purpose of research: elaboration of the concrete offers concerning improvement of legal regulation of the mechanism of monetary settlements in foreign currencies in sphere of international trade transactions. Methods of research and equipment: the system-structural analysis, analytical-synthetic, comparative analysis, historic-genesis analysis. The theoretical importance consists in reception of complete work, which contains the system analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of monetary settlements in foreign currencies in the international trade transactions in a section of their public-legal and private-legal regulation; in the manuscript a lot of the concrete offers concerning improvement of the national legislation about monetary settlements in sphere of the international trade transactions is formulated. For the first time in domestic jurisprudence the com plete analysis of legislative and contractual regulation of monetary settlements in foreign currencies behind export-import economic operations is carried out, the process of monetary settlements not as simply bank operation, and as the complex mechanism is analyzed, it's legal regulation is based on organic association public-legal and private-legal of bases; the changes concerning improvement of the mechanism of imposing of the economic sanctions for infringement of the legislation about monetary settlements in foreign currencies are proved. Sphere of use are lawmaking governmental bodies of the central authority; arbitration courts; higher educational institutions.
