Essay

Drawing of multilayer polymetal compositions. Increase technological parameters of commercial production of composite bars. The research methods and equipment are numerical and statistical mathematical simulation, experiments in laboratory conditions and conditions of trial production. Theoretical and practical results are mathematical models and software on automated designing of technological modes of drawing. The novelty is appreciated influence of change of initial parameters of drawing on accuracy of geometric characteristics and mechanical properties of items. The degree of introduction is recommendation selection technological modes and equipment for drawing (there are acts of introduction). A branch of use - design subdivisions of the machine-building enterprises and scientific-research institutes.
