Essay

The development of methods of the compressive biliodigestive anastomoses formation and elaboration of surgical toolkits for their performance, which have allowed to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with the biliary obstruction syndrome, were the main content of the work performed. The comparative estimation of mechanical durability, permeability for microorganisms, morphological peculiarities of the compressive and the ligature sutures healing was done in experiment. The conclusive advantages of the offered methods are proved. Their introduction in the clinic have permitted to reduce the duration of operations, the postoperative complications frequency, mortality, guaranteed the hospital stay reduction. The late results analysis have trusted good functional characteristics achived as well as absence of deformity and stenosis of the compressive biliodigestive anastomosis.
