The thesis is devoted to peculiarities of treatment of trichomoniatic patients with accompanying pathology of gastrointestinal path. During profound clinico-laboratory inspection of trichomoniatic patients the gastrointestinal path pathology at them made 57,4 % of general registered accompanying diseases number. Pharmacokinetic researches revealed that during realization of Metronidazole therapy the decrease in concentration of this substance in biological liquids is most significant in the patients with disorder of adsorption in small intestine. For trichomoniasis local therapy substantiation, optimum compositions of three main prescriptions of suppositories, rods and vaginal cream with Mefenamine sodium salt and Mebethizolum are developed which are notable for their protistocidal, antimicrobic and antiinflammatory activity. The compared analysis of trichomoniasis clinical features and course, accompanying diseases presence, gastrointestinal functional disorders rates allowed to divide the patients in to two clinico-therapeutical groups, for which differentiated complex therapy with Metronidazole and adsorption-correcting agents and soft medicament us forms local application was developed, which promoted treatment term reduction, relapses prevention, gastrointestinal path function normalization.
