Yatsukh O. Forms of agroindustrial integration in horticulture and improvement of their functioning efficiency (based on the data from the horticultural and processing enterprises of the Crimean AR).

The object of the researches are the horticultural farms, agroindustrial amalgamations and fruit-processing enterprises of the Crimean AR. In the process of the investigations the author has used as a basis the data from a number of the concrete processing enterprises which have acquired (after being reformed already) a certain experience of integration with producers of raw material. The purpose of the researches is the directions of the horticulture and fruit-processing industry development and their efficiency increase based on the new forms of the agroindustrial integration. The scientifical novelty is the theoretical generalization and search for the peculiarities of the integration processes in the horticulture substantiating the theoretical and methodological approaches to the economic evaluation of the organizational and integrated structures in the branch, determination of their main parameters and the development directions. The results of the investigations are used as the methodological bas is for the creation and effective functioning of the new agroindustrial integration forms in the horticulture. They are also applied in the educational process in the agrarian institutions of the higher education.
