Palyanytsya A. Application laseroenterosorption in complex conservative treatment acute pancreatitis

The new wey of treatment of acute pancreatitis is offered,it is based on application in complex therapy enterosorbent "Enterosgel" both of laser exposure of a blood and of pancreas. Two types of changes in the system of a regulation of a modular status of a blood are detected. It is placed, that the application of laseroenterosorption, is an effective way of detoxication of an organism, it promotes the rise of an anticoagulative potential of a blood, reduces activity of a thrombocitarian link of an initial hemostasis and prevents intravascular haemocoagulation. Laseroenterosorption solves to stop an inflammation of a pancreas in a phase of an edema and to prevent its progress.
