Essay

Technological deep-drawing processes; their mathematical models and computation methods. Increasing of sheet metal forming processes effectiveness on the base of new computation methods, soft wear and technological recommendations. The research methods and equipment are theoretical and experimental analysis, the laboratory experimental unit. Theoretical and practical outcomes are algorithms worked up for CAD-systems of deep-drawing processes. The novelty is models of axisymmetric deep-drawing processes and computation methods, which allow to consider strain hardening and changing thickness of sheet metal. The level of introduction is computation methods and technological processes were offered (there are acts of introduction). An orb of use is AvtoZAZ, LAZ, KhTZ etc.
