Object of research-bovine oocytes and embryos obtai- ned in vitro, sera. The methods - biotechnological, cytogenetical, electrophoretical and radioimmunoassay. Goal - increasing of the efficiency of in vitro bovine embryos production techniques. Theoretical and practical results - the the method of in vitro production of bovine late morulaes throughout supplementation of superovulated estrous cow sera was improved. Novelty -first exhausting approach for increasing of efficiency of in vitro embryo production basing on analysis of alteration of biochemical compositi- on of sera obtained from superovulated and untreated cows, during 7 days of estrous cycle was applied.
