The object study: a scientific style, a scientific and technical text, dictionary, a terminology, genre, analysis. The objective of study: the determination of the tendencies laws of the development of the Ukrainian scientific style of the 20-30-th years on the basis of the analysis of the scientific and technical texts and of the lexical works. Methods of investigation: descriptive, contextual. Theoretical and practical results: the analysis of the texts and the dictionaries gave the possibility to determine the ways of the formation of the scientific and technical terminology.
