Olujko V. State personnel policy in the region of Ukraine: formation and realization.

The dissertation is dedicated to study the problems of the essence of state personnel policy in the regions of Ukraine under conditions of implementation of administrative reform in Ukraine. The notion of the state regional policy has been formulated and its objective, role and significance under the period of transition has been grounded. Complex analysis of mechanism of formation and realization of state personnel policy in the region has been carried out. Mechanism of organizational, economic, scientific-informative provision, consolidation of moral bases of state personnel policy in the region have been researched and suggested. The ways of improvement of professional management personnel level in the region have been proposed alongside with the execution of control over realization of state regional personnel policy.
