On the basis of clinicolaboratory and functional methods of studies the treatment-and-prophylactic method was developed with the use of the prepa-ration hydroxyethylstarch that improves the state of hemodynamics, oxidative-reductive processes and systemic hemostasis. The established correlation bet-ween clinical, hemostaological, biochemical and functional methods of inves-tigation permitted to extend the data about the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic complications.
