Rakul O. Preoperational diagnostic of bowel necrosis at acute ileus patients by laser correlation spectroscopy.

The dissertation is devoted to problem of bowel necrosis preoperational diagnostic at acute ileus patients. Analysis of temporary literature shows the absence of reliable pathognomic preoperational symptoms of bowel necrosis at acute ileus patients. Evaluation of clinical signs and results of instrumental examination of 100 patients with different etiopathogenetic forms of acute ileus showed the absence of statistically proved enhance of the most acute ileus symptoms at the patients with bowel gangrene in comparing with the patients withought necrosis. That is why we have studied the possibility of non-invasive preoperational diagnosis of bowel gangrene by the method of laser correlation spectroscopy of blood plasma (LCS). We examined 100 patients with acute ileus and 50 donors as control group by this method. Individual hystogram is the result of examination. Computer is forming group hystogram by comparing of group of individual hystograms. Comparing of group LCS- histogram's of donors, acute ileusp atients without bowel necrosis and with necrosis shows big difference, which is enhancing with pathologic homeostasis shifts strengthening, which is caused by bowel gangrene. Classificated comparing analysis of histograms groups by special computer program shows certain difference in dispersion zones. This proves a possibility of preoperational diagnostic of bowel necrosis at acute ileus patients by laser correlation spectroscopy.
