Essay

The work is devoted to a problem of diagnostics and treatment prevention of incoordinated uterus activity. On the base of analysis electrohysterogramms in women with incoordinated uterus activity are developed electrohysterographic criterions of early preclinical diagnostics of this pathology. The use of electrohysterographic criterions has allowed to improve diagnostics of incoordinated uterus activity, right at the beginning of it of development, and the assignment of i.v.infussion of tramadol resulted in normalization of uterus activity and authentic decreasing of complications on the part of the mother and foetus.
