EH-undulatory accelerators. Creation of the nonlinear theory of EH-accelerators and analysis of systems on their base. Systems: 1) creations of picosecond electron impulses, 2) compact accelerators of electrons; 3) systems of "effective cooling ". Mathematical method of developed - hierarchical method oscillations and waves. The nonlinear theory is obtained and spent theoretical analysis of non-stationary and stationary models of EH-accelerators. On base of spent researches it is offered 3 constructions.
