The stages of artistic creative process are analyzed, the pedagogical conditions of fine art influence on development of student's personality are substantiated, the criteria of defining the levels of forming aesthetic creative gualities and skills of future teachers are described, the scientific method supporting the training of artistically oriented teachers which promotes aesthetic creative self-expressions through professional activity is worked out. Efficiency of pedagogical conditions and methods of forming the future teachers aesthetic creative gualities and skills by means of fine art is experimentally tested
