Essay

Dissertation is devoted to substantiation of advisability and choice of the most effecient intensive therapy program in heavy burn patients in acute period of the burn disease. The impact of different intensive therapy programs on the biogen amines system, hemodynanics and functions of kidneys has been studied. It has been proved that intensive therapy with the use of nonhemoglobin oxygen carrier entered twice in a doze of 2,5-3,5 ml/kg on one introduction, wich intensified of stress-limiting processes in sympathico-adrenal system and preservation of its reserves, is the most optimal one. The increase of serotoninergic system activity at the decrease of histamine-reactive system activity promotes to the formation of moderately hyperdynamic type of the hemocirculation by the most energetically credible mechanism of the prerenal kidney's insufficiency in stage of burn shock and acute burn toxemia. The suggestions to be used in treatment are given.
