Studying of the peroxide lipid oxidation condition changing, protein oxidation modification, antioxidant defense in different case of the acute suppurative peritonitis in toxic stage and ways of correction by using of antioxidant drugs devotes dissertation. All patients was examined before operative treatment and in the postoperative period which allow to determine the difficulty of the peritonitis progress by using activities of peroxide oxidation of lipid, protein oxidation modification, antioxidant defense and immunity reserve of patient's organism. Determined typical changes of that process in postoperative period in patients.
