Ph.D thesis is devoted to problem of treatment efficiency of negonococcus urethritis due to usage of antioxidant of vitamin E (a-tocopherol acetate) in complex therapy, vitamin С (ascorbic acid), 5% liniment of dibunol and bio stimulator mumiyo - vitas, taking into account and duration of negonococcus urethritis. This is based on results of parallel learning of clinical distinctive features of disease, biochemical activities - peroxide oxidation of lipids (POL) and antioxidant system and also physic and chemical activities -spontaneous chemiluminescence (SCL) of blood serum and contents of urethra in 189 patients with negonococcus urethritis (NGU).
