Essay

Human sperm was used as investigating objects. The thesis is devoted to the study of active of freezing rates of 1000, 2500 and 10000оC/min on sperm survival after thawing. The best safety of morphological and func-tional parameters of cryopersevered sperm is observed at freezing rate of 2500 оC/min at cryoprotective medium with moderately in-creased osmolality - 430 мOsm/kg and minimal concentration of glycerol 4 - 5 %. It is shown, that at adding of cord serum in to cryoprotective medium improved kinetic characteristics and survival of sperm after thawing. The effective method of selection of motile fraction from cryopersevered sperm is developed.
