The dissertation deals with the substantiation of the theoretical and methodological rules of formation of the meat and milk production's markets under conditions of transition to the new managing forms. The principles of the estimation of the commodity food markets functioning have been worked out taking into consideration certain factors. The author grounds the proposals on production and sale of meat and milk goods for the future in western regions of Ukraine. The analysis of regional connections of dairy and meat subcomplex of the agroindustrial complex at the national level is made. The conceptual scheme of formation of new organizational manufacturing frames in the dairy and meat industry under the market production conditions is devised.
