The thesis is dedicated to the study of the optimal approach to reconstructive procedures in the surgical management of multiple superficial aorto-femoral occlusions based on a complex analysis of central haemodynamics, peripheral circulation and autonomic homeostasis. The influence of the level of atherosclerotic occlusions of principal arteries, functional status of cardiac muscles and autonomic homostasis on the formation of type of central haemodynamics has been established. A correlational dependence between haemodynamic types and the level of tension of the sympathetic-adrenal branch of the autonomic nervous system has been discovered: the indices of central sympathotonics haemodynamics are responsible for the hyperkinetic type of autonomic homeostasis, and that of vagotonics- for the hypokinetic type. Сriteria for the choice of rational volume of reconstructive surgery in the treatment of multiple superficial atherosclerotic occlusions of principal arteries of the lower extremities were dra wn.
