Stasyuk Y. Institute of presidency in the experience context of Ukraine and Russia

In dissertation research on the base of the world experience, by dint of the policy-legal comparative analysis of the political systems, were considered the peculiarities of mechanism of functioning the presidency institute in the development context of the state-imperious systems of Ukraine and Russia. An essence, evolution and forms of manifestation of the presidency institute in the world practice of state building were Cleared up. There were considered the processes of formation of the presidency institute on the post soviet space. Also the peculiarities of functioning the presidency institute in the system of executive power Ukraine and Russia were revealed. At last a policy-legal basis of interaction of presidency institute with the organs of legislature power Ukraine and Russia were defined.
