Dzera I. The Civil Law Remedies of the Right of Ownership in Ukraine.

The thesis researches a notion, specificity and means of the civil law protection of the fight of ownership, such as actions in vindication and negation, declaratory actions of confirmation of a right of ownership, actions of release of property form seizure, actions in nullity of a contract as well as actions based on the provisions of different institutions of civil law. Suggestions on improvement of certain dispositions of the Law on Property of the jurisprudence of arbitration and general courts are proposed; legal conclusions on different theoretical problems in civil law and civil procedure are formulated.
