On the basis of clinical/functional and endocrinolo-gical research methods the features of formation and functional condition of fetoplacental complex in age aspect was established. There are scientifically proved, developed and introduced the practical recommendati-ons concerning the decrease of frequency of disorders in mother-placenta-fetus system in juvenile and aged primiparas on the basis of new specificrove antihypoxant myldronat use according to deve-loped schedules. All this in totality has allowed to improve the results of delivery in primiparas under 18 and above 30 years old under 18 and above 30 years old.
