On the basis of clinicofunctional methods of study the method of programmed labor was developed that consists in the use of prostaglandin gel during the preparation before labor, planned stimulation of labor activity by titrated doses of oxytocin and enzaprost and active labor management taking into account the dynamics of cervix uteri opening, regulation and correction of labor activity and the state of fetus for the purpose of timely labor finishing and minimum perinatal pathology.
