Essay

Thesis deals with development of methods and means providing more effective determination of fault-tolerant multiprocessor systems' parameters. New methods for organizing of diagnostic еxperiment into self-diagnosable multiprocessor systems have been proposed. The methods allow to determine and minimize an important parameters of such systems, namely the number of elementary test operations on the experiment steps directed to determination of states for all processors of the system.
